April Shipment Coming In Hot!

Hellooooo Beautiful!

I hope you've had an amazing few weeks. I've missed connecting with you! We have been busting our humps to get the first shipment out + manage production of YOUR BetterBack Therapies!! I wanted to say hi and share an update.

It's April 4th and we are packing up and quality checking the very last of the April shipment! Everything is looking fan-freaking-tastic!! 

We are going to be using 3PLs (companies who specialize in shipping) in the US, UK and Hong Kong to get your packages to you as quickly as possible. There are many steps between where we are now and when you get the email confirmation that your package has shipped, but it's looking like we'll begin shipping packages on April 25th. It will take a few weeks to get every single package out, but delivery timeframes are shortened for most backers because we are shipping out of multiple warehouses that are closer to home.

Hello Beautiful BetterBack Backers!

We have been taking big deep breaths, trying to let it soak all the way in that we have 10,838 backers supporting our dreams and joining us on a journey to a better back. We also made it past the $1M mark in our final day!! We are so incredibly grateful for you and will be pinching ourselves all year!

 We work from our apartments all scattered about, but wanted to send you a big ginormous thank you!! This took embarrassingly long to make—it was maybe our 16th take?!!—but know it was made with love:

What's next?

It's survey time! 

Kickstarter just sent us the campaign funds and your names/emails. They do NOT give us your shipping information. Over the next 4 days, you'll be receiving an email from Backer Kit, the super deluxe Kickstarter survey that will help us speed up shipping and get complicated pledges sorted out.

• The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. If you use Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you'd prefer to use, please message me.
• You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like. You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
• If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information before we lock the surveys down, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page: https://betterback-therapy.backerkit.com/. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
• It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards. For folks in the February ship reward tiers, you'll only have ~10 days to complete the survey so we can get your packages out on time.

Production Update

We did not expect to have nearly this many backers join our family and we are sprinting towards the finish line for backers in our February ship tiers! Your BetterBack Therapies are made and ready (wohooooo!!!), packaging is done and we are focusing all of our efforts on getting the therapy packs done now. It will certainly be a sprint to the finish, but we are on pace and will do everything in our power to get packages out next month!!
